Welcome to my website! I'm Deb Hester.
I've been recruiting stellar candidates for over 20 years. I've worked as an individual contributor as well as a recruiting manager, leading and training teams of sourcers to uncover hard-to-find candidates. I've recruited for public relations professionals, engineers in the energy field, software consultants, financial professionals, pharmaceutical personnel and commercial creatives including some of the best ad guys in the business. Somewhere along the line, I managed to develop a reputation for finding the unfindable. That's a skill that serves me well in today's increasingly complex environment.
Currently, I'm seeking additional recruiting assignments with companies needing to find public relations professionals or energy-oriented engineers.
